These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at masteryorder.com (the “Site”) and any orders you place for our downloadable and digital products (such as PDF guides, eBooks, etc.) or consultancy services (such as personal coaching, etc.). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

These Terms create a legally binding contract between you and us. They apply to consumers (natural persons purchasing for non-commercial purposes). If you are a business, different terms may apply—please contact us.

1. Conclusion of Contract

  • Products (Downloadable Items): When you place an order on the Site, you make an offer to purchase. We confirm receipt by email. The contract forms once we send a confirmation email accepting your order and providing download access. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., due to payment problems).

  • Services (Coaching): After you submit a booking form, we confirm your booking via email if we accept it. The contract begins on the confirmed session date. We provide services either in 1-hour sessions via video call (e.g., Zoom, etc.) or via email communication, depending on availability and personal circumstances. Together, we will agree on the format and dates in advance.

All contracts are in English and/or German.

2. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are in Euros (€) and include German VAT (MwSt.) at the applicable rate. No shipping applies to digital products.

  • Payment for downloadable products is due when you place the order, and you must pay via the secure methods offered by the Stripe payment service provider. For coaching services, payment is required before the first session or email consultation. You can pay by personal bank transfer, PayPal, or another authorised and secure method.

  • We may change prices at any time. Nevertheless, confirmed orders remain unaffected..

3. Delivery and Performance

  • Products: Digital items become available immediately after payment confirmation through a download link sent by email. The link expires after 7 days, so please download promptly and back up your files. Access is for personal use only. Once you place the order, downloadable products cannot be refunded.

  • Services: Coaching sessions are solution-based. Support may take the form of a one-time elaborated plan with clear stages and steps, or ongoing support for 1, 2, or 3 months in addition to the plan. Sessions and communication—whether 1-hour video calls or email-based—begin on the agreed date. If you miss a video session without notice or fail to respond to email consultations within the agreed timeframe, we may charge the full fee and reschedule at our discretion.

4. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract start date (for services) or confirmation date (for products) without giving reasons, unless stated otherwise below. To withdraw, email us at office@masteryorder.com with your order details.

  • Products: Because downloadable products cannot be refunded once ordered, you confirm that placing an order waives your withdrawal right.

  • Services: Coaching sessions or email consultations must be paid in advance. For consultations including 1, 2, or 3 months of support linked to the elaborated plan, you must pay for the plan and the first month in advance. Payment for additional months may be made in advance, but is not required. The right of withdrawal is available for 14 days from the contract start date if the consultation or support has not yet started. Once the consultation (session or email) or support begins, withdrawal is no longer possible. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 14 days via your original payment method. You may reschedule a consultation session with more than 24 hours’ notice. If you request rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, the Mastery Order consultant may charge the full price if rescheduling is not possible.

5. Intellectual Property

All products and services (including content, guides, and coaching materials) belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use them without our written permission. Violation can lead to termination and legal action.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • Warranty: We provide products and services “as is.” They match descriptions, but we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., coaching outcomes depend on your effort). Refunds are not available for downloadable products.

  • Liability: Under German law, we are liable for intent, gross negligence, or breaches of contract. Mastery Order accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from your personal implementation, misinterpretation, or application of coaching services, guides, or eBooks. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and implement the information and guidance. While we ensure the quality of the information and guidance delivered, we cannot be responsible for its implementation.

7. Data Protection

We process your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/DSGVO) and German data protection laws. We collect data only for order fulfilment, communication, and service improvement. Furthermore, we never sell your data to third parties.
